The apartment has all the things you need; you can move in immediately without the need to buy a single piece of furniture. 

About the location: Tram 3, 4, 16, 2, Metro E is 3mins away. You can easily reach Den Haag CS or Spui within 10mins.
 
Metro E goes directly to Rotterdam.

Train Station Laan Van NOI is 1 stop away, where you have trains to Leiden, Amsterdam, Rotterdam etc.

There are two supermarkets 2 minutes away.

A gym is 2 minutes away as well.

A center with most of the stores you would need is less than 10mins away, and it is close to Westfield.

Requirements of a tenant:
1. Residency in the Netherlands.

2. Proven financial stability 
(Has strong financial support/ability to pay for the place, which can be a permanent contracted job with a net income above 5k EUR per month, or evening savings/support from family that can pay in advance)
3. Neighborhood friendly (quiet, fewer parties, no irregular hobbies)

4. Have lived independently and care about the living space (know how to fix simple things, how to prevent damage to the house, etc.)

5. Pets are not allowed. 

6. Good education and English language ability for better communication.

7. Ability to maintain the apartment independently (small fixing, maintenance, replacement, cleaning, etc.). 

Minimum Rental period: 2 Years.

The deposit is high due to the furniture and pre-paid heating costs.
