2. Bigger room: 14 m2, furnished. Connection to the 30 m2 terrace with a stunning view. €1200 per month rent and 2 months deposit: €2400

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and is on the south side, so it has all-day sunshine. On sunny days ;) It is furnished and has a big bathroom with a toilet, but there is a toilet as well, so all together 2 toilets. It has a 30 m2 sunny terrace. 

If you would rent the whole one, then the price is €2100 and the deposit is €4200.
