Living on a very nice houseboat in Rotterdam in the center of the town....In this more than 100 years old ship, you will find a nice and modern apartment, completely eguippped, so you can move in directly. it is fully furnished.

This very special apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 sleeping rooms, one with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms for singles beds. Furthermore it has a  very charming livingroom with open kitchen. The bathroom has a  shower and toillet.

There is a private terrace for you only on top of the boat!!! This boat is situated at the louis pregerkade at the Marina Rotterdam. So just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel. We prefer to rent this boat to a working couple or single.

Interested to have a look, you can make an appointment to visit the boat the second/third  week of april in Rotterdam. Contract starts immediately after 1 st March .  

The rent is 1265 a month. 320 service costs for elektra, water gas internet and waste collection. So total is 1585. So no further costs, no taxes .

Registration at boat is not possible, because it is in the Marina, but you can register at the gemeente rotterdam for an official post adress.
