The three-rooms apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment complex. You will live in the most vibrant neighborhood of the city, West-Kruiskade. The best shops, restaurants and the multicultural vibe can be found here. 
The central station and metro are 7 minute walking distance from the apartment, the tram 2 minutes walk.

Ground floor: Closed porch with mailboxes, doorbells and stairs to the 2nd floor.

2nd floor:
Entrance/Hall separated by a door from a very spacious living room and the kitchen. This is furnished with a hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a oven.
