Over de woonruimte

Hello,
I am renting out my apartment for one year, from 17 November 2026 to 17 November 2027, with the possibility of extending the rental agreement.

I am looking for someone who appreciate the space, take good care of the furniture and everything in the apartment and be respectful of the neighbours.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

* Deposit: one month's rent.
* Rent includes gas, water, electricity.
* First floor accessible by stairs and elevator.
* Fully furnished.
* Fully equipped kitchen.
* Washing machine and dishwasher.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking inside the apartment.

LOCATION

INTERESTED?
If you feel this could be the right place for you, please send me a private message including:
* A short introduction about yourself.

* A link to your Facebook or Instagram profile, so we can get to know each other a little before meeting.
I look forward to hearing from you and finding someone who will enjoy this home as much as I do.
Thank you!
