The apartment is perfect for families relocating to Rotterdam (with a toddler), couples or young professionals looking for a cozy home with great access to the city. The apartment is a typically Dutch house with a steep staircase to enter the first floor. 

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything from coffee machine to microwave. There are two working-from-home stations, one in the big living area and one in the 2nd upstairs bedroom. Netflix and high-speed Wifi are included in the rent. 

The apartment has two outside areas - one big roof terrace and one small balcony off the main bedroom. Upstairs next to the main bedroom is the kids room with a changing station and a cot. The couch in the 2nd bedroom upstairs can be transitioned into a double bed if two people want to stay here together (in separate bedrooms).
