Over de woonruimte

Hi everyone,

I’m subletting my fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Hilversum for approximately 2–3 months. The rental period is flexible and can be shorter or longer, depending on what we agree.

The apartment is fully furnished, and all the furniture and appliances are brand new. Because of this, I will require a security deposit, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is returned clean and in the same condition as when you moved in.

I would prefer to rent it to one person, although I would also consider a couple. Please note that the utility costs would be slightly higher for two people.

The apartment is in a central location, just a 3-minute bike ride from Hilversum Station and close to the city center. It is just next to Albert Heijn, and 3 minute walk to all the shops you might need. Perfect location for people working at the Media Park as well.

I’m looking for a responsible tenant who will treat the apartment with care and respect during the sublet. If you’re interested or would like more information, feel free to send me a message. I’m happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.

The earliest move-in date is 11th of August, we can arrange that one as well.
