Over de woonruimte

I am looking for a housemate in my house in the center. As I am on an exchange until January 2027, you will be living there alone, with the entire house to yourself. Only new upcoming students are possible!

All the furniture is provided. 2min walk to UMCG, 4min walk to Grote Markt, 2 bus stops that take you to Zernike or the station within 2min walk.

The entire house has been renovated last summer- everything is new.

Ground floor:

- living room combined with a new kitchen and the dining space. Microwave, induction hob and a dishwasher added last year.

- A new bathroom and a separate new toilet room

- A ~8m^2 terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ

First floor:

- Two rooms: mine, and a to be rented one (~11m2)

- a shared space between the rooms.



I moved in at the end of summer two years ago, and last year everything was renovated, so most of the things in the house are brand new. The furniture in the rented room is handmade by my father and me. There is a bed, a closet, and a desk, along with an office chair provided, as well as a mattress. The rented room also has a window. When it comes to the kitchen appliances, there is a new fridge with a freezer, a new induction stove, a new microwave and a dishwasher, and a washing machine combined with a dryer. There is also WiFi set up. 

Registration is possible.
The rent is 1000/month excl.
Utilities (water, gas, electricity) and WiFi costs are split in half and cost 190 euros p/p, excluding taxes, shared with the tenant at the end of January.

The duration of the contract would be from September 1st, 2026 to July 31st, 2027.
