Entrance
Through the front door with canopy you enter the house. The toilet and meter cupboard are located on the left. On the right is the coat rack. The oak staircase leads to the first floor. Through the interior door you enter the living room.
Living room and kitchen
Near the door you will find the ventilation system. The cooking area is located at the front of the house facing the street. The Bruynzeel kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There is plenty of cupboard space and a separate china cabinet fully stocked.
The living room is comfortable, spacious, bright, and energy efficient. Double glazing, underfloor heating, and good insulation contribute to this. The house is quiet. An Ambilight television is provided. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the living area. The patio doors give access to the garden.
Garden and terrace
