From july 1st we have a funished family house available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Franciscus Sonniusstraat. 

The living space is 104m2 . The house has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (2 big and 1 small, also suitable for at home office), bathroom, separate toilet, attic and small garden. The house is furnished. 
The price is € 1370 per month excluding utilities (GWL, taxes etc.). 

We are looking for someone or a family who is excellent at keeping the house clean.

Registration is possible. 
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
No drugs allowed. 
No pets allowed.
