I’m renting out my lovely home on Usselincxstraat while I’ll be living abroad for a while. It’s a place I truly love – full of sunlight, warmth, and good vibes – and I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy and care for it as much as I do.

🛋️ The apartment has 2 bright bedrooms, a comfortable layout, and is well-maintained – a peaceful spot in a fantastic location. Just steps from Laan van NOI station, a few minutes from the beautiful Haagse Bos, and around the corner from lively Theresiastraat with its cafes, shops, and restaurants.

🚋 You can be in the city center in just 8 minutes by tram – perfect for work or play.

🌍 It’s in a friendly, expat-rich neighborhood that’s both quiet and vibrant at the same time.

🗓️ The apartment is available from September 1st, but August can be discussed. I’m looking for someone who’d stay for at least a year.

This is not just a rental – it’s my home. So I’m looking for someone neat, responsible, and who really appreciates a nice living space.

Ik verhuur mijn fijne woning aan de Usselincxstraat omdat ik tijdelijk in het buitenland ga wonen. Het is een plek waar ik zelf met veel plezier woon – licht, rustig en met een fijne sfeer – en ik hoop iemand te vinden die er net zo van zal genieten als ik.

🛋️ Het appartement heeft 2 lichte slaapkamers, een comfortabele indeling, en is goed onderhouden. Gelegen op een toplocatie: vlak bij station Laan van NOI, op loopafstand van het Haagse Bos, en om de hoek van de gezellige Theresiastraat met leuke winkels en horeca.

🚋 Met de tram ben je in 8 minuten in het centrum – super handig!

🌍 De buurt is rustig, vriendelijk en populair onder expats en jonge professionals.

🗓️ De woning is beschikbaar vanaf 1 september (eerder, zoals augustus, is bespreekbaar). Ik zoek iemand die er minimaal een jaar wil wonen.

📄 Let op: Inkomensbewijs is vereist.

Het is echt mijn thuis, dus ik zoek iemand die zorgvuldig, netjes en respectvol met de woning omgaat – iemand die het fijn vindt om ergens echt te wonen.
