GENERAL INFORMATION

Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment at Koningin Emmakade in The Hague, suitable for a couple.

Please note: the apartment is not yet furnished in the current photos. We are currently furnishing the property, and it will be fully furnished before the start of the rental period.

Rental period: from the beginning of October 2026 until the end of July 2027.

The apartment offers a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and a private balcony.

Monthly rent: €1,100 for the bedroom.

Service costs: €140 per person per month.

Gas and electricity are not included. Tenants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own gas and electricity contracts.

APARTMENT

The apartment will be fully furnished and ready to move into.

The spacious living room is connected to the kitchen and features a bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides plenty of storage and workspace.

The bedroom has direct access to a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, washing machine and dryer.

There is also a separate toilet elsewhere in the apartment.

In addition, the apartment has a private balcony.

Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and may not be used.

LOCATION

The property is located at Koningin Emmakade in The Hague, in a central residential area.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and public transport are all easily accessible. The city centre and several educational institutions can be reached conveniently by bicycle or public transport.

Gas and electricity are not included. Tenants are responsible for arranging their own gas and electricity contracts directly with a utility provider.
