This room is exclusively available for 1st year international Bachelor's or Master's students.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a shared living room with kitchen, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The room and shared areas are furnished and equipped with an electric system, self-controlled central heating, window coverings, carpet flooring and spotlights. The bedroom and living room photos are sample pictures of a similar apartment. The garden photos show an older situation; the garden furniture pictured will not be present during the rental period.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in the Laak area. Public transportation is nearby, with trams only 100 metres away and the train station within biking distance. Shops, banks and supermarkets are approximately 300 metres away. Parks, a lake and cafés can be found within 900 metres.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €295 per person (organised by the property manager), which may be taken with you after the contract expires.

• Apartment package (shared by residents) including kitchenware, cooking essentials, cleaning supplies and bathroom necessities.

• Bed package (per person) including mattress cover, pillow, duvet, bed linen and towels.

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of €175 includes:

• Assistance with setting up utilities and other services (where applicable).
• Municipality registration support and information regarding municipal taxes.
• Mid-year apartment check-up (if applicable).
• Check-out cleaning management.
• Online maintenance reporting system, office helpdesk and 24/7 emergency service.

CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning will be charged at the end of the rental period. Additional cleaning costs may apply if the apartment is not returned in a comparable condition.

UTILITIES

The rental price excludes utilities. Please anticipate approximately €120 per person per month for gas and electricity usage.
