The garden pictures are of an old situation with garden furniture that will not be present during the rental period.

This apartment has monthly cleaning of the common area's included in the rent!

The apartment is located in the Laak area. The public transportation is nearby. The train station is within biking distance and trams are at 100m. Shops, banks & supermarkets are approximately 300m away. Park, lake, and cafes are within 900m distance.

3. Cleaning Fee (€125 per person):

Prepaid cleaning charges are €125, charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.



The rental price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 150,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.
