I am subletting my sunny cozy fully furnished 50 m2 apartment in BoLo (Bos en Lommer), super close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk. It’s on the second floor with one typical Amsterdam steepy stairs. Not that bad though. Good for daily exercise.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a minute away from the supermarket Lidl. Shopping center and the market Bos en Lommerplein is just three blocks away. We have direct access to tram 19 and 7, and the bus 21. Train and metro station Amsterdam Sloterdijk is within walking distance (1 km away). Super close to Westerpark and Erasmuspark too.

Available between period 28th May to 28th August 2025; for 1 person only. Monthly price 1250 euro and deposit 2 months rental. Plus 150 per month for utilities (GWE and internet). Smoking outside of the building policy and no shoes inside policy. 

My preference is for a neat, clean, and responsible person who can take a good care of the apartment. It’s also important that you are a kind and respectful individual as we have a good bonding neighborhood here.
