Over de woonruimte

We are a couple, leaving the Netherlands for the winter holiday period and looking for respectful tenants to sublet our home. 

Our home, built in 2021, has a modern design with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Our plants create a cozy atmosphere inside. The kitchen is also fully equipped to support our love for cooking. Working from home is peaceful, especially with the view of the garden.

Our neighbourhood is very green, with the Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam Forest) just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for my runs. It's ideally located with easy access to the city, just a 5-minute bike ride to Vondelpark.

The area is up-and-coming, featuring new clubs and artsy venues nearby. A square with grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants is only a minute's walk from our apartment.

Public transport is excellent, with Metro lines 50 and 51 stopping 5 minutes away, allowing you to reach Amsterdam Zuid train station in 10 minutes and Schiphol airport in 15 minutes.
