The studio is a 5-minute walk from Westerpark.  
Preference for a tidy, clean and vegetarian person who loves peace and quiet at home and is willing to water 10 plants every 10 days at most.
Rent and space are for one person only and amount is 1550 euro per month 
Rent includes: good internet connection, kitchen equipment, washing machine.
Rent does not include: electricity and gas consumption, bed linen and "consumables".
Electricity and gas consumption are monitored by the tenant, and payment is based on actual consumption.
1 month deposit + 150 Euro for utilities
