Spacious and beautiful 1-bedroom apartment of approximately 52 m2 (560 sq. ft) in Southeast Amsterdam (Zuidoost). 

The apartment:
is on the first floor (ground floor).
is furnished 
You will enter the appartment through the back door and the garden which will be available for you; 
You will have you will have an open kitchen and a spacious living area (approx. 34m2),  a separate bedroom (10 sq meter), and a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and room for a washing machine. 
Furthermore you will have a garden of almost 6 by 6 meters.

The house consists of 3 floors: An apartment on the first (ground) floor which is currently for rent; and two floors aboven where the owner lives. The apartment is not 100% sound proof. 

Area:
The apartment is in the south east district of Amsterdam. This is the green, multi-cultural and spacious part of Amsterdam. The neighbourhood comparts mostly of low and broad terraced houses.

Amsterdam-Zuidoost is served by bus, metro and NS railway services. Railway stations Duivendrecht, Diemen Zuid and Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA stations are in the vicinity (+/- 4min cycling distance). These stations have also metro stops at the station. Metro lines 50, 53 and 54 serve the area. 

There are quite a few restaurants in 10-15 min walking distance. So, eating out will never be a problem. 

With the Amsterdam arena area (around bijlmer arena station) you have an international entertainment and event area in the vicinity. The biggest cinema center of Amsterdam and 3 concert halls are located in that area. All on 10-15minutes walking distance.

For your daily groceries shopping there are a couple of shops on 5 minutes of walking. On 10-15 minutes of walking there is a shopping center (Amsterdamse Poort) and also a furniture mall (Villa Arena).

-Apartment is furnished (wallpaper, floors and kitchen cabinets included, as well as bed, sofa, dinner table + chairs), 
- there is some sound/disturbance from the apartment above as the apartment is not 100% sound proof
