From July 1 I am looking for a new flatmate to come live with me in a 3 bedroom house in Oud/Zuid or Amsterdam Hoofddorppleinbuurt as my wonderful flatmate and friend is moving out. I am only looking for 1 new flatmate in the Corona times so you would be sharing the house with me only right now (There is also a possibility that post Corona we get a new third flat mate to further reduce our rent 😊.)

About the house:
1.	Location – Amsterdam Hoofdorpplein or Oud Zuid. 5 minutes walk to Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark. 2 minutes walk to the tram station and bus station. Grocery store is 20 metres away. Hoofddorppleinbuurt is 2 minutes walking.
2.	Size: 110 sq.m (95 sqm m living space) – 3 bedrooms + 1 toilet + 1 bathroom. 2 floors with my bedroom on the bottom floor and 2 more rooms on the top floor + Attic for storage so there is plenty of space for your own private time and for you to be absolutely alone.
3.	Rent: EU 1240 rent (excluding) - we can together decide to get a third flatmate also post Corona and then the total all inclusive rent would be around 950 EU per person.
4.	Your Room: 15 sq.m with with an attached terrace. You also can use the third bedroom as your work room.
5.	Registration is needed. Deposit of EU 2350 when 1 person moves in with me. 

Who am I Looking for: Someone who is easy going 😊 and looking for at least a year long stay and can get used to my bad sense of humour.

About me: I moved to the Netherlands 3 years back from the US (originally from India). I am 31 and work at Ernst and Young (EY). In my free time I usually like watching movies, sometimes playing on my Xbox or my Guitar (which you can definitely use as well), going for drinks to my friends or having them over as well. In the normal times I would be mostly travelling for work but right now I work from home usually. My new corona activity is to juice – juicing everything from sinaasappel to gember to selderij – so you will be well taken care of with me in terms of your monthly juice needs.
