I'm renting out my apartment from early December onwards, no makelaar fees, at a great price!

Viewings are possible on Dec 3rd (morning and late afternoon) and Dec 7th (late afternoon/evening), contact me to make an appointment

Here more info about the apartment:

- 2 bedrooms (one is currently used as an office)

Note: in order to access the bathroom, one must enter via the master bedroom. Therefore this apartment is not suitable for room mates (as you'd have to always walk through one person's bedroom to shower ...)

- 2 balconies (one accessible from the bedroom, the other from kitchen/living room)

- 1300 EUR/month (excl. utilities)

- 5 min walking distance from Sloterdijk (address is Fritz Conijnstraat if you want to Googlemap it 😉 )

- In a quiet area, lots of green in front of the door, easy for parking

- Supermarkets in close vicinity

- Unfurnished (all the furniture in the pics is from the current tenant, who will take them all with him)

- Bathroom was recently renovated
