Over de woonruimte

Tijdens de zomer verhuur ik mijn nieuwbouw appartement voor 9 weken (juli & augustus). Zie voor de volledige omschrijving de Engelse tekst.

During the summer I am subletting my beautiful appartement in Sloten/Slotervaart close to Amsterdam South for 9 weeks, approximately july & august. The price for those two months is 3040 euros. 
The apartment has one kitchen/living room and one separate bedroom. There is bathroom with separate toilet. Plus a storage with the washing machine. The apartment is suitable for 1 person or a couple (1 kingsize bed).

The apartment is new, I live here for 5 years. The appartement is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great time: espresso machine, oven, fridge, amazing shower, washing machine, kingsize bed (180cm), sunny balcony, TV with chromecast, Playstation 4, record player, storage for your bike.

The Olympic Stadium is close by. And even closer are the Oeverland which has very nice nature and the Nieuwe Meer where you can go for a swim (it’s a 10 min walk). There is a supermarket and a pizzeria in the building. For groceries Delftlandplein and Nieuw Sloten are closeby. You reach Amsterdamse Bos and Vondelpark within 15 minutes by bike, Leidseplein is about 20 minutes by bike. Tram 2 departes just behind the house, metrostration Henk Sneevlietweg is a 10 minute walk.

The dates are not 100% set, there is some flexibility around it which we can discuss. Because I leave all my valuable stuff I ask for a deposit of 1500 euro.
It will be possible to visit the appartement and get to know each other somewhere in advance.
