Over de woonruimte

Hi there!

I am renting out my apartment as I will be travelling from around December to Feb 2-3 months, dates still flexible at the moment. Preferable also from last days of November and return is a bit more flexible.

One bedroom, large balcony and warm cozy living room vibes with many plants and colourful furniture. Has everything you need and some extras like a projector if you like winter movie nights. Smart home automation for lights, heating, self regulating dehumidifier, purifier etc. for healthy indoor climate.

Quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours, big windows on both sides of the apartment to let in as much light as possible for the darker months. Many birds (Jays, Woodpeckers, Parakeets) come to visit if you will keep the feeder topped up, and the balcony garden will feed you Swiss chard, lettuce etc.

Across the street from Eurasmuspark and a short walk up to Westerpark, and many local coffee sports, awesome pizza places etc. I can recommend you.

Total cost for all utilities and rent not including gas/water/electricity is 1875 euros per month. 

Gas/electricity/water will be calculated to your exact usage so you only pay what you use. I expect for these months regular conservative use is around 100 euros - so I will ask you to pay 100 euros monthly for this and I will adjust/refund afterwards for you if its different. House is also fitted with a smart thermostat/presence sensor so heating turns off when leaving etc.

Logistically, I will also ask a deposit of 1000 euros and  when I give you the keys, and then the first month of rent when you move in, second month rent first day of second month begins etc.
