The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 separate study rooms, a living room with kitchen, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet. It is fully furnished and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.

A short-stay package is also included, with bedding/bed accessories, towels and a large selection of kitchen essentials such as plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cutlery and other utensils. The apartment is essentially ready to move into.

The neighborhood is calm and residential, with a park and outdoor street-gym equipment around 50 metres away. The nearest metro station is approximately an 8-minute walk, and Amsterdam Centraal is around 29 minutes by bike.
