Over de woonruimte

We will be on vacation for nearly 4 weeks, from November 2nd until November 27th,  and are looking for someone who would rent our beautiful apartment and is willing to take care of our 2 adorable cats.

The apartment is fully renovated, has a very cozy living room and a large kitchen with a dining/breakfast table too.

On the third floor is a separate office work space with a full HD desktop and an electric adjustable sit/stand desk. Very good internet. Perfect for a workation. Directly adjacent to the office is an amazing roof terrace (on the south, so sunny all day long!)

Bedroom: The kingsize bed (180cm) is very comfortable. There is a large closet available.

Kitchen: large kitchen with dining table and access to the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. Good coffee machine etc.

Living room: smart TV (HBO and Netflix), large dining table and very comfy couch. 

Bibi and Nena are our 2 adorable female cats (a Maine Coon and a Ragdoll). They are still young, about 1 year old. They are very well behaved (they never bite or scratch or anything like that). Nena is super cuddly and Bibi is super curious and always wants to stay near you. We would love to have people stay at our place who will give them some love and attention. And of course also feed them. We have an automatic cat litter box so no need to take out the litter! You only need to replace the plastic bag once a week. Easy!

The location is perfect. Close to the city center, many nice restaurants, the Vondelpark, and public transport. By foot, you can reach many nice coffee places, restaurants and stores.  The neighbourhood is quiet and green, but still very central. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Leidseplein or other main central areas.

Before we had our cats, we rented out our apartment through Abnb during our vacations. You can check out some reviews here. We rented it out for ~€200 per night, but since we have cats now we prefer someone staying for a longer period and for a lower price per night in exchange for good caretaking of our cats!

Cleaning price at the end of your stay is included in the total price of €1900 for the listed period.
