2 Huisgenoten in Roosendaal

I currently live in Roosendaal and am looking for a stable, long-term rental in the area, as I want to properly settle here. Regarding my financial situation: although I am employed through a staffing agency rather than directly by the end employer, I work full weekly hours on a consistent, ongoing basis and have a steady monthly income comfortably covering the rent. I have no history of payment problems or debts, and can provide recent payslips and my employment contract to support this. My gross income is around 3,5-3,7k euro. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gaming, and tinkering with technology — I like keeping a tidy, well-maintained home and take pride in looking after where I live. I'm quiet, respectful of neighbours, and easy to reach for any questions. I believe I and my wife would be a reliable and low-hassle tenants: consistent income, no complaints from previous landlords, and someone who treats a rental with genuine care rather than as a stopgap. I would be delighted to view the property and am flexible on timing.
