Newly Renovated Attic Studio with Lots of Light

We are renting out the top floor (attic studio) of our house in Utrecht. The space has its own kitchen and bathroom, and is partly furnished (see pictures). You are welcome to bring additional furniture if you wish.

- Located on the 3rd floor (shared entrance)
- Newly renovated and freshly painted
- Bright space with good natural light

Location
- Bus stop just around the corner → Utrecht city center in 10 minutes
- 5 minutes’ walk to the grocery store
- Neighborhood center nearby with a variety of activities
- Within a few minutes’ walk you reach the polder area for peace and nature

House rules
- No smoking or alcohol on the property
- No male guests staying overnight (female guests only with prior agreement)
- No parties
- No washing machine available
- Please inform us if you come home after 22:00

Other information
- During your stay, the stairs might be renovated (usually 1 day of work)
- Inventory will be checked together at the start of the rental period

Who we are looking for
- We are looking for a tenant who is open-minded, responsible, and considerate of both the living situation and the local community. We appreciate someone who is conscious of their surroundings and open to getting to know the neighborhood, possibly even through local volunteering.
