About the place

Dear room seekers,

We are looking for a new housemate (M/F, 18+, internationals are very welcome) to live with us in Utrecht. Our previous housemate recently moved to Rotterdam, so a room has become available (bedroom 3 in the photos).

The apartment is located at Madioenstraat 8BS, just an 8-minute bike ride from Utrecht Central Station and right next to a bus stop.

The room is about 7 m² and you can register at the municipality. The rent is €733 per month, excluding additional costs.

About us:
We are Jakob (21, second-year bachelor student) and Ruben (23, third-year bachelor student). We are looking for someone who is tidy, can easily adapt to our cleaning schedule, and has their own life, but who is also open to some socializing at home.
