Modern and comfortable studio located on the 12th floor in Overvecht neighbourhood of Utrecht — just a 15-minute bike ride to Utrecht Centraal. A mall with shops and cafés is right across the street, and a bus stop is immediately next to the building, giving you excellent connectivity.

You’ll also have quick access to the lovely grounds of Zuylen Castle (only about 10 minutes by bike) for leisurely strolls or fresh air breaks.

Inside the building you’ll find useful shared amenities: a small gym area and two common rooms where you can relax or meet neighbours. The studio is accessed via elevator for ease.

Details:

Rental period: 3 months minimum, with possible extension of a further 3 months
