Good public transport connections are within walking distance, Central Station and the Uithof are 5 to 10 minutes by bike.
The apartment of approximately 41 m² consists of living room with kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower and sink. The apartment is suitable for max. 2 students.
The rental price of the apartment is € 1.450,- including G/W/L and service costs. Rental period: fixed term of max. 12 months.

The deposit is equal to twice the monthly rent. Rent allowance is not possible.
