The studio is a newly renovated building with 3 other studio's. and down stairs on the ground floor there is a washing machine and dryer area. In front of the door there is a playground and several supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The studio has a private bathroom, toilet and kitchen.

 About the surroundings:

Central station is in walking distance and just a few minutes away by bike

City centre 10 minutes away by bike

Lots of shops, restaurants and shopping opportunities are located within walking distance

There is a bus stop just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

 Payments:
Rent: Advertised rent is excluding service cost
Security deposit: equal to 3 month’s rent including service cost
One-time administration fee: €299

The apartment is suitable for 1 person or a couple
Registration is POSSIBLE
No rental allowance is available

 Co-living contract:
This means you will collectively rent the full apartment with 3 persons. You all will be on the same contract, which is maximum 2 years. This enables you and your housemates to decide who your next housemate should be. It also gives you the freedom to move whenever you want when you or your housemates find someone to replace you.

 Check-in/Check-outs:
Check-in/check-out appointments can be carried out on appointment. Normally, it is not possible to check-in on commonly recognised public holidays in the Netherlands.
