My preference is for someone who is not at home much and who is busy with his life. You are within 12 minutes (cycling) at Utrecht CS. just far enough away from the crowds. There is also a parking garage where you can park your car plus a bicycle garage. The house is PERFECTLY equipped with a large bathroom, neat toilet (shared with 1 person). The room is indefinite and is available immediately.
