About the place

This quiet studio is a 5-minute walk from the station and from the Spoor Park. It is located in the SSH complex called "Talent Square," a great place for students. The room is well insulated, handling both heat and cold very well.

The room is 24m² and includes utilities (gas, water, electricity). It features a nice bathroom, refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, bed, table, desk, and a small wardrobe. You can easily do your laundry downstairs at the laundry room, and the Wi-Fi is very good. 

The studio will be available from september 6th, because I will be moving to sweden for an internship.
