We are looking for a working person for our 16m² studio.
The studio is a self-contained living space located behind the house. You can move in with your suitcases immediately, as it is a furnished studio with a private entrance, shower, and toilet.
The monthly rent is €550 excluding utilities. In addition, there is a €175 deposit for gas, electricity, and water. The final bill will determine whether any additional or refundable payments are required.
The deposit is €550.
The studio is equipped with an electric boiler for hot water. A gas heater is available for the cold winter months.
The studio is located opposite Jumbo supermarket, where you can easily do your grocery shopping. Central Station is a 7-minute bike ride away, and two bus stops are a 1-minute walk away, taking you into the city within 15 minutes. We are looking for a non-smoker, non-drinker, and someone who appreciates other people's belongings.
