Housemate wanted!

I'm looking for a fun and reliable housemate to share my apartment with. The apartment is in a great central location: the Westermarkt shopping center is right across the street, the train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and Tilburg University is only a 3-minute bike ride.

You’ll have the (largest) bedroom, and we’ll share the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two lovely balconies. There’s also a storage room available in the basement.

About me: I’m 29 years old, work full-time, and I’m looking for someone who also works (or is close to finishing their studies) and is in a similar stage of life. I’d enjoy occasionally having dinner together, working out, or grabbing a drink, but I also value doing my own thing. I’m away quite often, so you’ll regularly have the apartment to yourself.
