About the place

Apartment/studio available in Kralingen from 29th of August until 25th of Octobre 2025. The studio will be sublet furnished including gas/water/electricity/internet. Approximately 43 m2, some closet space available for your use. The kitchen is also very complete, where all kitchen utensils can be used. Costs: €1000 per month and €250 deposit to be paid prior to the term. After agreement I will make a contract so things are clear to both parties.

I enjoy living in this area, close to the Kralingse bos, Rozenburg park and cute cafes/restaurants around the corner. It is a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the city. My house will be available for two months, because I will be in Nepal chasing my dream to become a yoga teacher.
