Rooms for female university students, available immediately: a newly renovated apartment with 4 rooms, shared by 3 girls. 

The apartment is located in the city center of Rotterdam. Address: Goudsesingel, 3011KK Rotterdam. Erasmus University(EUR) is 12 minutes by bike. The tram and metro station is nearby. It’s surrounded by supermarkets, open market, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and other commercial facilities. 

The apartment is on the 4th floor accessible by stairs. Shared areas are entry hall, kitchen, toilet, bathroom with a shower, a separate storage room on the ground floor. 

The kitchen is equipped with cooking plates/oven/fridge.

The rooms are provided with a bed with mattress, a desk, a chair, a cupboard for clothes. 

Rental includes use of furniture and all facilities, water, gas, electricity, heating, and WIFI internet. Deposit is two-months rental. Tenancy agreement with landlord directly. Registration at the city hall possible.
