Shared Kitchen includes: Washing machine / Dryer / Elec Hob / Fun Hood / 2 big Refrigerators / Microwave / Oven.

Private Bathroom and Toilet: Bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, cupboards, shower and toilet. 

One room contains: bed (120x200), mattress, desk, chair, monitor, case, fun.
Another room contains Refrigerators / Microwave, table & chair.

Rent includes incl. WiFi, water gas electricity, heating and city taxes (with energy in normal usage).

Deposit is one month rent.

No pet, No smoke in the house.
