Wanted: Temporary subtenant for a modern studio in the center of Nijmegen.

Are you looking for a temporary, comfortable and centrally located home in Nijmegen this summer? Then this 34 square meter studio is exactly what you are looking for! Located in the center of Nijmegen, yet in a very quiet location where you will not be bothered by the busy city.

The studio is fully furnished and has a living room/bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sitting area, a desk and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, and oven/microwave. The bathroom has a shower and sink and there is also a separate toilet.

Important information:
- The house is on the third floor (no elevator).
- The house is temporarily available from November 15th 2025 until February 15th 2026. A total of three months.
- Suitable for one person.

I am looking for a subtenant who can easily return to another home after the two-month period (parents, etc.).
