About the place

I have 1 room for rent for 1 person in my house in Hatert, almost on the edge of the forest. It's a 10-minute bike ride from the university and 3 minutes from the shopping center. The rental is for a fixed period, and you will be living alone. I prefer a female tenant. Registration is not possible.

The house is available in its entirety most of the time. The living room and kitchen can be freely used. There is a garden. It is a private home, not a student or party house. Therefore, it is required that tenants are working students or doing an internship, and are quiet and tidy. NO first-year students.

House price: €700 including (bills).
