This bright, fully furnished 30 m² studio with large windows is centrally located in Maastricht, in the charming Scharn neighborhood — and it could soon be yours!
The studio features a private kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the sleeping loft on the second level, where a comfortable box spring bed (1.90 x 2.00 m) awaits you. Please note: the loft has a lower ceiling height, making the sleeping area cozy but less spacious.

The studio comes with all the essentials: a modern TV, two refrigerators, a large wooden dining table, and a desk. Washing machines and a bicycle storage area are available on the ground floor of the building.

The city center (Vrijthof, Markt) is just a 10-minute bike ride away, and Randwyck (MECC, UM Sports) is only 5 minutes by bike. Several buses per hour run in both directions.

There is no private parking spot, but you can park right in front of the building.
