About the place

Room available January 1st after new year for a max of 2 years. You get one bedroom of 14m2 and share the other facillities of the appartment with me. It will be a shared contract for the apartment. The bedroom, will be unfurnished only a bed will stay (not in the picture).

 There are two bus stops within 5 minutes walking distance, with 4 different busses. The center can be reached within 10 minutes by bike. There is a small shopping center 5 minutes away. The apartment also has a storage room of 14m2 if you want to store large items and there are two bicycle storage rooms in the building. You are on the first floor. The house also has a large hall, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, wardrobe space, two-part living room and balcony to drink a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. We also have a robot vacuum cleaner, large TV with sound bar, google home in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
