The living space was renovated a few years ago, has a surface area of ​​22m2 and has a very neat private kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including a refrigerator, sink, sufficient cupboard space and an oven. In addition, the living space has its own toilet and shower. The living space has a lot of light through the large windows. The living space has a very pleasant indoor climate due to the high insulation value, which can be compared to new-build homes. The living space is located on the second floor at the front.

On the roof of the house there will be a large roof terrace that you will share with the three fellow residents of the house. The three other residents also each have their own living space and their own facilities. You share the washing machine/dryer, the general toilet and the dishwasher with them.

The house has an electronic front door lock that can be easily opened with a 'drop' or 'tag'. There is also a digital video intercom in the living space with which the front door can be opened remotely.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

The house is located within walking distance of the Jumbo in De Beren (800m) but also close to the Noorderplantsoen (200 m) and the center (1000m). The station is 2200m away.

The rental price of this living space is €848,- incl. municipal taxes, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and Vluchtroute Veilig. Excl. G/W/E and internet, the residents arrange that themselves. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent. When accepting the living space, you pay a one-off rental fee of €245,- to the owner of the house.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
