About the place

Available from 1 May: spacious room with private sink on the Paterswoldseweg. The room has a surface of approx. 19.7m2 and is located on the first floor at the rear of the house. It is a spacious, bright room with its own sink. The living space can easily be divided into a living/dining and sleeping area.

Five other residents of mixed gender live in the house. The house has two showers and two toilets, which are shared with the housemates. In addition, there is a communal area (conservatory), communal kitchen and a spacious (sunny) roof terrace. Finally, there is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combination. The house has a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The housemates like an active atmosphere in the house, but there is also enough space to retreat for a while to focus on your studies.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

The house is located at the beginning of the Paterswoldseweg, near the Westerhaven / Media Markt. The center is 1000m away, and the central station 800m. The Coop is within walking distance and the Albert Heijn Brugstraat 600m away.

The basic rent of this living space is €595,-, excluding service costs of €135,- (including: gas, water, electricity, Vluchtroute Veilig, municipal levies). The residents arrange the internet and the rental of the washing equipment themselves, no amount is included in the service costs. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the living space, you pay a one-off rental fee of €145,- to the owner of the house.

All our rental units have a no smoking policy, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
