About the place

We temporarily rent our detached, cozy and fully furnished chalet (70 m2) with terrace, woodland garden, shed and parking, near Nijmegen (Radboud UMC 6.7 km by bike) on the edge of the forest, with a large living area of 60 m2, in which comfortable sitting area with color TV (streaming via Chromecast), internet, wood stove, spacious dining area, working place, antique closet with mirror, large kitchen with gas stove, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, complete kitchen inventory etc. , dining bar with bar stools and sleeping area with a bed of 2.00 x 1.40 m.

Separate hall and a bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, sink and towel radiator and a spacious utility room with washer and dryer. The entire house has central heating and firewood is available for acquisition. It is a nice, bright room, partly due to the 2 large skylights, which can be opened and are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds.
On the property a large barn with storage space for bicycles and ample parking for the car. The house has a veranda with garden furniture, seat cushions, a small electric barbecue and is partly covered. 

Only 8 km from Nijmegen center and 4 km from Groesbeek (also by bicycle, Nijmegen and Groesbeek are easily accessible via beautiful routes through the forest). 
5 supermarkets nearby and a bus station (700 m).

Particularly quiet location in the middle of nature with lots of privacy and forest all around. The chalet is situated on a plot of 321m2 own land. 

The house is for rent for up to 6 months with a fixed-term lease.
Registration with the municipality is not possible. 

 The chalet is available from mid-September 2024.

The rent is € 1,100.00 per month, excluding the advance for GWL. 
The advance for the GWL is € 150,- p/m and is settled against the actual costs of consumption. Additional costs: internet and garbage disposal
€ 40,00 p/m.

Rental criteria:  A candidate must have a demonstrable gross income of 3 times the monthly rent.  The deposit is € 1,100.00.
