About the place

I want to rent out my studio at the Luna building for an initial period of around 1 month (August) and then possibly up to the end of the year (around 4 months). I'm going on a short stay abroad, and after the first month, we will discuss the possibility of an extended stay. 

You still need to be a student (exchange students are also welcome). The building is located on campus and is connected to all the TU/e buildings via indoor tunnels. There is also a nice community bar on the ground floor, a small grocery store (SPAR), and indoor bicycle parking.  

The total monthly rent (€1000) includes a fixed cost for all the utilities (incl internet), and you need to pay it in advance as I do myself. The bed size is 140*200, and in addition to the built-in microwave oven, I leave some of my own stuff (vacuum cleaner, desktop dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.).

We can discuss the details during the viewing. Depending on what you bring, I can take/leave my stuff. Due to my responsibility toward the main landlord and personal belongings, I would ask for an initial security deposit of 300 euros (I paid €1200), which will be returned to you when you move out. 

The viewing is possible with previous arrangements (preferably on the weekend between 19-21 July). Please contact me only if the rental period and the rest of the conditions suit you and write to me with your preferred moving period precisely.
