About the place

We have on offer a studio in Diemen (suburb of Amsterdam) per November for one tenant. 

The fully equipped 18 m2 studio is located in the garden of the main house and has it's private entrance. Facilities include:
- kitchenette with fridge, induction cooker and oven/microwave;
- private ensuite bathroom with toilet, and;
- luxury wooden floor and electric curtains.

The rent for the studio is €1.250 per month including gas, water, electricity and internet. Deposit equals €1.000 to be paid prior to receiving the keys to the property. Maximum contract is 24 months.

Accessibility is central and excellent, with various public transport facilities in the vicinity (bus, tram, train and metro). For those who enjoy nature the studio is ideally located. Within a range of merely 2 minutes you can start to enjoy your walking and/or cycling route. By car the connection is great as well. It is only a few minutes away from the A1, A2, A9 and A10. Free parking is located a 2-minute walk away.

Diemen is very closely located to Amsterdam which makes it a suitable location for tenants aligned to Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Science Park, Hogeschool Inholland and/or the AMC.

Registration is mandatory. The studio is not eligible to acquire rent allowance.
