A spacious and cozy room is available in a fully renovated 80m² apartment just below Watergraafsmeer, in Diemen Centrum. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a full-time working female in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

The room faces south, offering great natural light, and has access to a spacious balcony. It also includes a charming attic space that was recently renovated. The entire apartment is brand new and freshly finished.

What we're looking for:

A clean, calm, and responsible tenant

No smoking, no pets, and no wild parties – the living environment is quiet and respectful

You must have a stable income or be able to demonstrate a reliable source of income
