We have multiple studios available. These fully furnished studios have its own bathroom and kitchen, including a combi oven/microwave and a built-in fridge-freezer. You get a desk (also perfect as a dining table) and a comfortable chair, so you can both study and relax.

The campus is located near the Avans college and University of Breda. Within 13 minutes you can be at Breda CS by bus. The 120 studios are fully equipped for students. 

The facilities match this with a lounge and meeting area, laundromat, covered bicycle storage and parking. In addition, all studios of 22m2 are fully furnished and upholstered, including a bed, desk and complete kitchen and equipped with all comforts so you quickly feel at home.

What will you pay? The price per month is as follows:
- Basic rent: € 707,-
- Service costs: € 205,-
- Upholstery and furnishing costs: € 101,-
- Maintenance subscription: € 11,95

The one-time starting costs are:
- Final cleaning studio: €100,-
- Deposit: €1,414,- (you will get this back at the end of your stay, provided of course that you leave everything in good condition).

Parking spot
There is the possibility to rent a parking spot for € 25,- per month.
