Studio in a prime location featuring a large south-facing roof terrace (20 m²), situated near Breda city centre, shops, arterial roads, etc.
Layout: entrance/hallway, toilet, sink and shower area, living room with built-in closets, and open-plan kitchen.
The living room provides access to the spacious south-facing roof terrace, offering views of the Mark river and surrounding greenery.
Renovated in the spring of 2025 and furnished, including new appliances (washing machine, TV, refrigerator).
The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. Occupancy by two people is possible for an additional €100 per month.
I would prefer to rent the studio to someone who does not need it during  every weekend, as I require the space for my own use then—specifically from 6:00 PM on Friday until 6:00 PM on Sunday.
This would only be a maximum of two weekends per month.
