The bedrooms vary in size and location within the property. Each bedroom will be fully furnished with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, desk lamp and wardrobe. The shared living room will be furnished with sofas, a dining table and chairs and a television. A washing machine and window coverings are also provided.

The property is located at Akkerstraat 1A in Breda, in a central location close to the city centre.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and other daily amenities are easily accessible from the property.

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of  €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired: 



• Apartment package (shared by residents, so two packages per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth) 



• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillowcase, bed linen & towels. 





CLEANING



End-of-stay cleaning (will be charged at the end of your stay). If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied. 



UTILITIES



The advertised total monthly rental price includes the applicable service costs and an advance payment of €100 per person per month for gas & electricity.

Gas and electricity are settled based on the actual costs for the property. Any difference between the advance payments and the actual costs may be settled afterwards.
